SWEET POTATO CRUNCH SOUFFLE | |
2 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 eggs 1 c. milk 3/4 stick butter TOPPING: 3/4 c. crushed corn flakes 1/3 c. flour 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. chopped nuts 3/4 stick melted butter Mix first ingredients, pour into buttered casserole and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Mix topping and spread on potatoes. Bake 10 minutes longer. |
