SWEET POTATO CRUNCH 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
Pinch of salt
3/4 c. white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)

Mix and put in greased dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
1 c. plain flour
1/3 c. butter

Cut butter into flour. Add sugar and nuts. Spread on top of mixture and bake until it looks good.
