SWEET POTATO CRUNCH | |
3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 stick of butter 1/2 tsp. vanilla TOPPING: 1 c. sugar 1 c. pecans, chopped 1/3 c. flour 1/3 stick butter Combine all casserole ingredients and pour into a baking dish. Mix topping ingredients and pour over the top of the potato mixture. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. |
