BUTTERMILK PIE 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour (self-rising)
1 (9-inch) pie shell
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs. Combine buttermilk, flour, sugar, butter and vanilla. Blend well.

Bake 10 minutes at 275°F; increase to 300°F for 50 minutes. Use unbaked pie shell.
