RALEIGH HOUSE BUTTERMILK PIE 
1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 rounded tbsp. flour
1 c. buttermilk
Dash of nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
Unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Have butter at room temperature and cream with sugar. Add the eggs and flour, mixing well. Stir in buttermilk, nutmeg and vanilla. Pour into the pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Freezes well.
