MILK CHOCOLATE FONDUE 
2 (8 oz.) bars milk chocolate
1 c. heavy cream (unwhipped whipping cream)
Pinch of salt
2 oz. brandy (optional)
Dippers - lg. marshmallows, bananas & strawberries

Break up chocolate into fondue pot. Add salt and cream. Melt on medium, stirring frequently until blended. Dip dippers into chocolate with fondue fork. Reduce heat to low to serve. Serves 10 to 12 persons.
