EASY PEACH COBBLER 
BATTER:

1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 lg. can of peaches (or about 4-6 c. fresh peaches)

Melt 1/2 stick butter in pan (9 x 9 inch pan). Pour batter on top (do not stir). Add fruit; spoon on top of batter and about 4 tablespoons of juice from peaches. Bake one hour at 350 degrees.

If using fresh peaches, cook peaches first about 20 minutes (to get soft). Spoon about 4 tablespoons of this juice on top of peaches.

Double this recipe if using larger oblong pan.
