TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
GROUP I:

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

GROUP II:

Bring to boil: 1 c. water 4 tbsp. cocoa

GROUP III:

Beat together: 1/2 c. sour milk 1 tsp. vanilla

Add Group II to Group I. Then add Group III. Pour into greased jelly roll pan (12 x 15 inch). Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Do not overbake. After cake has cooled 15 minutes, begin icing.

ICING:

1 stick butter, melted
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk

Combine butter, cocoa, and milk. Then add: 1 teaspoon vanilla.

Spread on cake immediately. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
