TEXAS SHEET CAKE

Bring to a boil:

2 sticks butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. Crisco

Pour over: (Sift together)

2 c. flour
2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Add:

1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and pour onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

ICING:

Bring to a boil:

3 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. buttermilk

Stir until smooth. Spread on cake while it and the cake are still hot.
