QUICK FRUIT COBBLER 
1 stick butter
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
4 c. prepared fruit (peaches, apples, cherries)

Heat oven to 325°F. Put 1 stick butter in a baking dish. Put in oven and allow butter to melt.

Meanwhile, mix the flour, sugar and milk. Batter will be thin. Remove pan from oven and pour batter into the sizzling butter. Pour in the prepared fruit.

Bake 45 minutes or until brown.
