TEETHING BISCUITS 
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. safflower oil
2 c. wheat germ
1 tbsp. honey

Combine all ingredients and knead until smooth. Then cut or break off pieces and roll into sticks 1/4 inch thick and about 5 inches long. Bake at 350 degrees until brown and firm (around 40 minutes) on an oiled cookie sheet. Makes 60 sticks. They keep quite along time if stored in a tightly covered container.
