LIGHT BISCUITS 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) carton plain low-fat yogurt
1 tsp. honey

Combine first 4 ingredients, cut in butter with pastry blender until resembles coarse meal. Add remaining ingredients until moistened. Knead 4-5 times. Roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness and cut about 2 inch. Bake at 425 degrees on ungreased sheet for about 12 minutes. (Makes 2 dozen, 60 calories.)
