BOLOGNA BISCUITS WITH VEGETABLES 
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. shortening
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt, pepper
1 lg. can tomatoes
1/2 lb. cubed bologna (2 c.)
3/4 c. cooked diced carrots
3/4 c. cooked green beans

Use regular biscuit dough recipe. Use 1/2 for bologna mix, bake 1/2 plain.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Fry onions in shortening. Stir in flour, salt, pepper until boiling. Stir in tomatoes; boil 1 minute, stirring. (Add bologna (save out 3/4 cup bologna for biscuits), carrots, beans; boil. Pour mix into ungreased 8x8x2 inch pan.

Prepare biscuit dough; add bologna to 1/2 the mixture. Drop on top of vegetable mix. Bake uncovered 30 minutes. Bake plain biscuits normally.
