NUTTY CARAMEL BISCUITS 
24 honey graham crackers
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Single 24 crackers in ungreased jelly roll pan. Melt 2 sticks butter. Add 1/2 cup sugar; bring to boil. Boil, stirring often for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and walnuts. Spoon over graham crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Separate immediately. Cool on racks. Refrigerate.
