SAUSAGE POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. Polish sausage (kielbasa), cut in bite size pieces 2 1/2 c. potatoes, pared & sliced thin 1 can cream of celery soup 1/3 c. water 1/3 c. grated cheddar cheese 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped 1/4 c. chopped pimiento (opt.) Line bottom of a casserole with the sliced potatoes. In a separate saucepan, heat soup and water until smooth; add cheese and stir until melted. Add sausage pieces, green pepper and pimiento. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes, until potatoes are done. |
