GRANDMA'S BREAD PUDDING 
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. raisins
2 eggs, beaten

Heat milk in saucepan. Add bread crumbs and butter to milk. In a bowl, add sugar, salt, and raisins to eggs, then slowly stir in the hot milk mixture. Pour into greased baking dish, set in pan of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Good with maple syrup on top. Makes 5 servings.
