OMG This is an amazing cupcake.. I added a splash of vanilla out of personal preference but these were soo moist and delicious.. Everyone who has tried them loves them.. Didn't even need frosting.. Gonna try to make them without the chocolate next :) definitely a 5 star recipe :)

I made these yesterday, they were excellent. I did add chocolate pudding, which made them extra moist, very easy to make. I might add Bakers chocolate for a little more of a chocolate taste.

I love this recipe. My husband is in the Navy and I always make these for functions and they are the first to go. I like to fill the cups with half the batter and add a dolop of a 1/2 peanut butter and 1/2 cream cheese mixture fill the rest of the way and bake for a delicious chocolate cupcake with peanut butter filling, the cream cheese adds a little zing!!!

The cupcakes were awesome, but since I wanted something REALLY special for my son's teachers on Valentines, I filled them with Raspberry jam, frosted them with vanilla buttercream frosting and topped them with a fresh raspberry. They were "to die for"...THANK YOU LEEZA!!!!!

This is awesome!! I did do all 25 minutes and got a slightly crispy top, but I like that. I did not use the vinegar. So simple and just the right amount of cocoa powered! Never buy box again!! Thank you soooo much!!

25 minutes was way too long for theses puppies. Mine burnt in 14.

These came out really well. I was concerned about not using eggs, but they came out really moist. Just under 21 minutes to bake. I substituted water and oil with milk and butter.

Godly cupcakes! I'm never disappointed with this recipe. It turns out well every time and its super simple to make. This recipe also makes things much easier when putting extra flavors in. The turtles candies, caramels, Reeses pieces. Everyone in my family loves them. Thank you for sharing :D

Try this - been making them for years. Fill cupcakes 1/2 full and then add 1 tbsp. filling: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 egg, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. choc. chips, pinch of salt. Mix together and spoon 1 tbsp. into each cupcake. Delicious!

Pretty good! I made them with my 3 year old son, and the recipe was simple enough to keep his attention. The cupcakes were indeed very moist, almost a little gummy to be honest. They only needed 18 minutes in my oven. The recipe is very similar to the betty crocker snack cake recipe.
