GLAZED HAM LOAF | |
1 plus lb. ground smoked ham 1 1/2 lb. ground pork 1 c. fine bread crumbs 1 c. milk 2 eggs SAUCE: 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 c. diluted cider vinegar Combine meat and eggs, soak crumbs in milk and add to meat mixture. Mix well and form into loaf. Heat sauce ingredients and pour over loaf. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Baste frequently. May also make individual ham loaves. Delicious served with cheese potatoes to compliment! |
