GLAZED HAM STEAK 
1/2 c. current jelly
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 (1 inch thick), fully cooked ham steak, about 2 lbs.

Combine first 3 ingredients, set aside. Cook ham in a nonstick skillet over medium heat 10 minutes, turning once. Transfer ham to serving platter and spoon sauce over ham.

Microwave version: Combine first 3 ingredients in 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Microwave at High 6 minutes. Stir after 3 minutes. Add ham to sauce; turn to coat all sides. Cover tightly with heavy duty plastic wrap, fold back 1 corner to let steam escape. Microwave at Medium 6 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
