PINEAPPLE - SPICE HAM STEAK | |
1 center cut ham steak, 1 inch thick 1/2 c. melted butter 1 c. sherry 1 c. pineapple juice 2 tsp. ground clove 1/4 c. dried mustard 1/4 c. brown sugar 2 tsp. paprika 1 1/2 clove garlic, minced Combine butter, sherry, juice, cloves, mustard, sugar, paprika and garlic. Slash edges of ham and marinate in this mixture for 3 hours, turning often. Grill over low to medium coals for 20 minutes, basting frequently with marinade, turning occasionally. Use the constant heat of an electric grill. |
