HAM & PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE | |
1 1/3 c. pre-cooked rice 2 c. cooked cubed ham 1/2 c. chopped celery 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1 (10 oz.) can cheese soup 1 1/2 c. water 1 c. peas (opt.) 6 slices pineapple Put rice in 1 1/2 quart casserole, greased. Combine other ingredients except pineapple in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Pour into casserole. Let stand 5 minutes. Top with pineapple. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6. |
