HAM - PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN LOAF 
1 2/3 c. crushed pineapple
3/4 c. light brown sugar
2 c. bread cubes
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. ham loaf
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. minced onion
Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Mix pineapple and brown sugar in 9 x 9 inch pan. Moisten bread in milk. Combine lightly with other ingredients. Spread over pineapple mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Makes 8 servings. Serve upside down.
