PEACH - GLAZED HAM STEAK | |
1 tsp. butter 1 good size "fully cooked" boneless ham steak Approx. 4 tbsp. apricot spread 1 tbsp. orange juice 1 can (large) drained peach slices In non-stick skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat until bubbly and hot. Add ham and cook, turning once, until lightly browned, 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Transfer to plate, set aside and keep warm. In same skillet combine remaining ingredients except peach slices; cook over medium heat, stirring with a spoon until mixture is slightly thickened, 3 to 4 minutes. Add peach slices and cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through, 3 to 4 minutes longer. Return ham to skillet and turn once to coat with glaze. Serve. |
