TURKEY RICE CASSEROLE 
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of chicken or celery soup
2 c. coarsely chopped cooked turkey
1/4 c. minced onion
1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 tsp. salt
Paprika
Chopped parsley

Mix soup with 1 can water. Stir in next 4 ingredients and put in buttered 2 quart casserole or baking dish. Cover and bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) about 1 hour. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
