TURKEY - RICE CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. turkey or chicken broth
1 c. milk
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 can mushroom or cream of celery soup
2 c. cut up cooked turkey or chicken
Optional additions one or all:
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/4 c. slivered almonds

Bake in 2 quart covered casserole for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
