TURKEY RICE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
3 c. cooked, diced turkey
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. water chestnuts (8 oz.), sliced
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. chopped pimiento (optional)
2 tbsp. soy sauce
4 oz. mushrooms

Mix all in a 3 quart casserole. Cover tightly with lid or Saran Wrap. Microwave on high for 8 to 10 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
