WILD RICE TURKEY CASSEROLE 
3 c. cubed, cooked turkey
2 med. onions, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
3 c. cooked wild rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 tsp. soy sauce
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 sm. can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
1 c. water
Buttered crumbs

Mix all ingredients together, place in buttered 9" casserole. Top with layer of buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
