WILD RICE TURKEY CASSEROLE 
3 c. cubed cooked turkey
2 med. onions, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 c. cooked wild rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 (5 oz.) water chestnuts, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 c. water

Mix all ingredients and place in buttered casserole dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
