KEN'S FAVORITE CASSEROLE 
2 c. chicken, cut into bits
1 box frozen vegetables
1/2 can French fried onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk

Place chicken, vegetables, soup, milk, and 1/2 of the onion rings in casserole. Bake, covered, about 45 minutes at 350 degrees. When vegetables are tender, uncover and place rest of onion rings on top and brown (approximately 4-5 minutes). Serve at once. Serves 6.

Note: Boneless chicken breasts can be used instead of chicken pieces. Mix as above and bake as directed.
