BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
10 oz fresh broccoli
10 oz fresh cauliflower
4 oz Cheese Whiz
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
3 oz can Durkee Fried Onions

Preheat oven to 350°F degrees. Steam vegetables until partially cooked. Mix together Cream of Chicken Soup, Cheese Whiz and half of the fried onions. Mix with vegetables to coat.

Bake for 20 minutes in a greased oven-safe pan. Spread the other half of the onions on top and bake for another 5 minutes.

I didn't have Cheese Whiz so I used a white cheese dip instead. Used 1/2 cup Durkee Fried Onions mixed with 1/2 cup crushed salad croutons and also 1/3 cup pre-cooked chopped bacon. At last 5 minutes added 1 cup cherry tomatoes and the rest of the onions/crouton mixture on top. This came out absolutely terrific everyone should love it and it looks so pretty with the white, green and red colors...great for the holidays. I think it would be possibly to steam veggies and cool, add rest of recipe in pan and refrigerate then bake at dinner time.
