3/4 cup light corn syrup (Karo) 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 cup crunchy peanut butter 5 cups Special K cereal 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips 6 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips Mix first 3 ingredients in saucepan, bring to a boil. Mix with Special K. Press in 9x13-inch pan. Melt chips in saucepan and ice top of 9x13-inch pan. Refrigerate for 2 hours (or more). Remove and let stand 1 hour before cutting. |
