1 c. Karo syrup
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. Krispix cereal
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. peanuts

In pan bring to a boil 1 cup Karo and 1 cup brown sugar. Remove from heat, mix in 1 cup peanut butter. Pour mixture over 6 cups Krispix and 1 1/2 cups peanuts, mix well. Pour in greased 9 x 13 pan, press down.
