1 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. light Karo syrup
4 oz. Special K cereal
6 oz. semisweet chocolate morsels
6 oz. butterscotch morsels

Mix peanut butter, sugar, and Karo syrup well by hand. Blend in cereal and press firmly in a 9 x 12 oiled pan. Combine chocolate and butterscotch morsels and melt together over boiling water or in a microwave. Spread evenly over the cereal mixture. Chill and cut in squares.
