DURKEY TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. ground turkey
1 lb. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli & cauliflower)
1 can each chicken gumbo, cream of chicken & chicken rice soup
1 lg. can Durkee French Fried Onions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Fry meat and drain grease. Place in a greased 4 quart casserole. Add veggies on top of meat. In separate bowl mix soups and pour on top of veggies. Bake 1 hour. Sprinkle with French fried onions last 5 minutes of cooking time. Serves 6.
