TURKEY CHOW CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. celery, cut up
2 c. carrots, sliced
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Add all 5 ingredients in skillet and saute 3 minutes over high heat. Remove vegetables to side dish.

To skillet, add 3 tablespoons vegetable oil and 3 cups raw turkey breast meat, thinly sliced. Saute meat quickly, about 4 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink. Return vegetables to skillet with juices.

SAUCE:

3 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. dark molasses
2 bouillon cubes (chicken)
1/2 tsp. salt (opt.)
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water

Dissolve cornstarch in water. Combine all sauce ingredients and stir into vegetable turkey mixture. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve over rice or Chinese noodles.
