LAYERED CHEESY TATER TOT
CASSEROLE
 
This is excellent for the entire family and definitely a filling meal!

1 large (2 lb.) bag tater tots
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper, to taste
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup of milk
1/2 can sour cream (just reuse the soup can)
shredded cheddar cheese
shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup French's fried onions, for top

Cook the tater tots at 425°F for approximately 25 minutes. Brown the meat with the chopped onion and garlic. Salt and pepper the meat while browning. Drain, then put back in the skillet. Add soup, milk and sour cream and stir until creamy.

Lightly spray a casserole dish and begin layering. Start with tater tots, then sprinkle with cheese, add the meat mixture then begin the layers again. The top should end with tater tots and the cheeses.

Bake for 20 minutes at 425°F. Take out of the oven, sprinkle with the French's fried onions and bake for another 10 minutes.

Serve with either a vegetable or green salad.
