PEACH CRUNCH 
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 large egg or 2 small eggs
1 qt. canned peaches
1/2 c. butter

Mix well the flour, sugar, baking powder and eggs. Grease pan with butter. Put peaches in pan. Add the mixture. Melt butter and pour on top.

Bake at 375°F for about 35 minutes or until brown.
