PEACH BLUEBERRY FRUIT CRUNCH 
1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen peaches, sliced
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 c. applesauce
1 c. granola
2 tbsp. butter, melted
4 tbsp. nonfat vanilla yogurt

Microwave Directions: In medium bowl, combine peach slices, blueberries and applesauce; mix gently. Spoon fruit mixture evenly into 4 ungreased 6 ounce microwave-safe custard cups.

In small bowl, combine granola and butter; mix well. Sprinkle granola mixture evenly over fruit. Microwave on high for 4-4 1/2 minutes or until fruit is tender, rearranging custard cups once during cooking. Serve warm topped with yogurt.

Conventional Directions: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare recipe as directed using 4 ungreased 10 ounce custard cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until fruit is tender and topping is golden brown. Serve warm topped with yogurt.

Makes 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
