CARROT PUDDING 
1 c. suet
1 c. raw potato
1 2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. raisins
1 c. raw carrot
1 c. molasses
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. grape jelly

SAUCE:

1/4 c. butter
Confectioners' sugar
Yolk of egg
1 jar whipping cream

Grind suet, carrot and potato in meat grinder. Add rest of ingredients. Place in greased coffee cans and steam for 4 hours. Serve warm with sauce on top.

SAUCE: Beat together butter, confectioners' sugar and egg yolk. Whip cream and add egg white. Fold together and chill.
