“RED DEVIL'S FOOD CAKE” IS IN:

RED DEVIL'S FOOD CAKE 
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup vegetable shortening (0 Trans Fat)
1/2 cup cocoa
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup buttermilk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup boiling water

Combine sugar, eggs, shortening and cocoa. Add flour, baking soda and salt alternately with the milk. Add vanilla. Stir in cup of boiling water and beat well.

Bake in a greased 9x13-inch pan at 350°F for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.

Cool on wire wrap. Frost as desired.
