FREKIDILLA (DANISH MEATBALL) 
1 lb. ground beef or beef and pork mixed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 scant tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
3 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1/3 c. water
1 onion, chopped fine
1/3 c. milk

Mix meat, salt, pepper, sage and flour well. Add egg and water; mix well. Add onion and milk; mix. This mixture will seem fairly soft. Have frying pan very warm. Mold batter with tablespoon into pan. Cut down heat, fry about 1/2 hour in medium pan, 15 minutes per side.
