SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
3 pieces bread
Salt, season salt, sage, garlic salt (just a touch)
1/4-1/2 c. chopped onion
A little catsup & Heinz 57 sauce (just a dash)
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix and roll into bite-size balls.

SAUCE:

1 can chicken rice soup
1 can tomato soup
1/2 chopped green pepper
1 c. water

Simmer sauce and meatballs for 1 hour. Serve with salad.
