SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
3 lbs. lean hamburger
1/3 c. onion, grated fine
1 c. dry bread crumbs
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. mashed potatoes
2 tsp. sugar
3 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sage

Soak bread crumbs in milk. Beat eggs. Add dry ingredients and mashed potatoes and crumbs and onion; beat together. Add to meat; mix well. Roll into meatballs. Fry or freeze. Makes 80 small or 40 large balls.
