SWEDISH STYLE MEATBALLS | |
1/2 c. potato flakes or oatmeal 1 tbsp. onion flakes 2 tsp. parsley flakes 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 lb. ground beef 1 egg 2 tbsp. oil 1/2 c. milk 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed Cream of Mushroom soup In medium bowl, combine first seven ingredients. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls. In large skillet, brown meatballs in oil; drain. Stir in milk and soup. Cover and cook over low heat, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve meatballs and gravy over mashed potatoes. Approximately 4 servings. |
