SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground steak
1 lb. ground pork steak
2 eggs - beaten
1 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 pt. heavy sour cream

Mix all together. Roll in small balls in flour. Fry. Put meatballs in baking pan. Pour 1 pint heavy cream over meatballs. Bake in 325 degree oven for 40 minutes (or cook in crock pot).
