SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 sweet onion, chopped, sauteed for 15 min.
1 c. potato flakes
1/2 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
1 env. dry onion mix
Add dill or other herbs if desired

Mix ingredients well. If too firm add a little extra tomato juice. Roll into small balls. Fry in warm place, shaking the pan often so meatballs will not stick. If you make gravy, serve it in a separate dish.
