SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 1/2 lbs. lean ground chuck
1 lb. ground pork
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. each of pepper, ginger, nutmeg, cloves & allspice
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. grated onion

Mix all together gently, do not pack. Make balls desired size or 1 inch for appetizers or 2 to 3 inches for main dish. Brown gently in hot butter, turning to brown all sides. Transfer to casserole. Pour fat from frying pan, add 1 pint sour cream to frying pan and heat slowly while stirring to deglaze pan. Pour cream over meatballs and bake in 325 to 350 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
