SPINACH SOUFFLE' | |
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and WELL drained 1 c. sour cream 1/3 env. dry onion soup mix (stir contents well before measuring) Buttered bread crumbs 1/2 c. grated cheese Mix all ingredients together and put in greased casserole. Top with bread crumbs and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. |
