KELLY'S SPINACH SOUFFLE 
1 box frozen chopped spinach
1 sm. carton lg. curd cottage cheese
1/4-1/2 lb. cubed Cheddar cheese
4 eggs (room temperature, beaten)
3 tbsp. flour

Mix all ingredients in 2 quart dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
