SPINACH SOUFFLE | |
2 lbs. spinach (clean and cut lengthwise) 10 whole eggs 1 stick butter 1 c. flour 1 c. milk 1 lg. Philadelphia cheese, cut up 1 pkg. Muenster cheese, cut up Pinch of salt Combine all ingredients, blend well. Pour into pan, greased. Put in oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees. When ready cut into squares. Serve with meat as main dish or alone as antipasto. |
